摘要
建立了立井提升机卡住时的动力学模型,研究了立井提升容器的动力学特性,给出了提升机急停或卡住时提升钢丝绳的冲击力计算方法,分析了限制系统振动的方法、极限加速度的内在关系、最大加速度数值及摩擦传动失效后提升系统的滑动特性,研究了在井口解除二级制动后对提升系统的动力冲击特性。
This paper establishes the dynamic model of the hoist of vertical shaft when it' s stuck,studies the dynamic characteristics of hoisting conveyance of vertical shaft,provides the calculation methods of the impact force of hoisting ropes when the hoist is suddenly stopped or stuck,analyzes the method for limiting the system vibration,internal relations of extreme accelerations,maximum acceleration value and the sliding performance of the hoisting system when the friction drive fails,and studies the characteristics of the dynamic impact on the hoisting system when the wellhead relieves the two-stage braking.
