摘要
提岀一种新型滚筒制动装置.设计岀该装置的机械结构图并做详细说明,推导出制动力矩设计计算公式,研究该制动装置的制动过程和实现的主要功能。该装置的制动原理基于牛顿内摩擦定律,利用摩擦片间液体的粘性剪切力实现低速大扭矩制动,通过改变控制油压和流量可实现制动力的无级调节,使带式输送机平稳制动停车,为带式输送机关键技术开发提供一种新思路。
This paper provides a new roller brake,designs the mechanical structure drawing and gives detailed description,derives the design calculation formula of braking torque and studies the braking process and main functions of the brake.The braking principle of this device is based on the Newton inner friction law,which achieves low-velocity and large-torque braking by using the viscous shear force of the liquid between the friction plates,achieves stepless regulation of the braking force by changing the control oil pressure and flow so that the belt conveyor can brake and stop smoothly,which provides a new idea for developing key technologies of belt conveyors.
