This paper discusses how to build the comprehensive energy management system integrated with automatic electric energy collection system,production data statistical and query system and production scheduling system in port enterprises which focuses on resources integration and comprehensive utilization of information,covers all sections of energy consumption all time,includes the whole process from loading,unloading to production,achieves the comparison and statistical analysis of electric energy data for the single run,ship,car,equipment and flow to realize optimal energy management of port.
