摘要
结合某码头卸船机具体案例。介绍了该设备抓斗起升机构主/从驱动的机电配置;针对运行过程中发生的主/从驱动过流故障,从不同角度渐次分析可能发生的故障原因,提出具有针对性的解决方案并给出处理过程。最终找到了故障根源。同时,对驱动器软件在故障分析及处理过程中起到的积极作用予以肯定。
Electromechanical configuration of grab hoisting mechanism master/slave drives of this equipment is introduced by combining a specific case of the ship unloader at a dock;for overcurrent faults of master/slave drives occurring during operation,possible fault causes are analyzed from different perspectives,and then targeted solutions are proposed and handling process is given,and finally root causes of the faults are found.In addition,the author affirms active role that is played by the driver software during fault analysis and handling.
