摘要
本文利用GT-COOL软件建立某发动机的冷却系统一维模型,并对其进行仿真,得到冷却系统各个管路的流量、温度和压力等数据;然后将所得结果作为边界条件,利用FLUENT软件,对系统中的调温器进行三维仿真分析,实现一维与三维流动问题的联合仿真计算。通过仿真分析得到调温器中冷却水的温度场、压力场等数据,进而了解调温器内部流动状态和工作性能,为调温器结构优化提供数据支持。
Based on the GT-COOL software,the one-dimensional model of the engine cooling system can be built.The data of the engine cooling system,such as the flow of each line,the temperature,the pressure,etc.,can be obtained by the simulation.And then,the obtained results are used as the boundary conditions;FLUENT software is used to carry out three-dimensional simulation analysis of the thermostate in the system,so as to achieve the one-dimensional and the three-dimensional united simulation calculation of flow problem.The data of temperature field and pressure field,etc.of cooling water in the thermostat are obtained through the simulation analysis,whereby further understanding the inner flow state and working performances of the thermostat so as to provide data supports for optimizing the thermostat structure.
