Installation Technology of Large Span Non-column Roof Truss for the Main Exhibition Hall of Beijing International Garden Expo

结合第九届中国(北京)国际园林博览会主展馆钢结构屋面施工,介绍了分区、分段吊装方案,减少吊装跨度及自重,提高安装效率及经济性;介绍了相邻两榀主桁架同时安装、圆心垂直相对的两组桁架对称安装的安装顺序,有效保障桁架的整体稳定性;通过同步卸载,实现了结构体系的成功转换。

Based on the steel roof truss construction of the main exhibition hall of the 9th China（ Beijing）International Garden Expo,this paper introduces the hoisting scheme with zoning and segmentation for the steel roof truss,which minimize the span and weight of the parts to be hoisted and improves installation efficiency and economic efficiency. This paper introduces how to assemble the adjacent two master truss units simultaneously in a right sequence,as well as the two groups of trusses whose circle center is vertically relative to guarantee the stability of the entire truss frame. By synchronous unloading,a successful switch on difference structures is also realized.
