摘要 为了解决跨越既有铁路线桥梁施工中施工空间狭小、施工干扰大及既有线施工封锁时间短等问题,针对衡州大道跨京广铁路采用的下承式钢管混凝土系杆拱桥设计方案,提出了一种先搭设拖拉跑道,然后整体拖拉滑移的施工技术。采用Midas有限元软件,对拖拉滑移施工过程中的整体拖拉支架以及拖拉跑道进行了受力分析,结果表明:整体拖拉支架、钢管拱肋以及拖拉跑道的应力和变形均满足施工要求,拖拉支架具有较好的稳定性。 In order to solve the problems on narrow construction space,large interference and short blocking time to existing railways,a new construction technology for through type tied arch bridge across Beijing-Guangzhou railway on the Hengzhou avenue is proposed. In this technology,firstly,the hauling runway is set up and then the arch ribs fixed on the brackets are hauled and slipped on the hauling runway. The hauling and slipping process is simulated and analyzed based on software Midas. The results show that the stresses and deflections of the whole hauling brackets,the steel arch ribs and the hauling runway can meet construction requirements. The hauling brackets have good stability.
