采空区多孔超大直径钢波纹管涵施工技术

Construction Technology of the Multiple-arch Corrugated Steel Pipe Culvert with Super Large Diameter in Goaf

以某快速通道改建工程为例,介绍了在采空区地质条件下管涵施工时采用多孔超大直径钢制波纹管涵,优化了原初步设计跨越采空区的框架桥,结合工程实际介绍了多孔超大直径钢波纹管涵施工中的原材料检验、基础的施工、管节拼装、斜交及斜口切割处理和台背回填等。

Based on reconstruction project of some fast passage,this paper introduces the optimization scheme,namely the multiple-arch corrugated steel pipe culvert with super large diameter replaces frame bridge. This paper introduces some characteristics of the multiple-arch corrugated steel pipe culvert with super large diameter in construction,including materials examination,foundation construction,pipe section assembling,skew and oblique mouth cutting treatment,back filling behind abutment and so on.
