摘要
控温法通过控制钢板的温度降低钢板剪力墙混凝土的开裂风险,按照温度的高低,有预热和预冷两种方式。在前期试验的基础上,通过理论分析和有限元仿真的手段,对钢板剪力墙混凝土裂缝产生机理及控制措施的原理进行了探索,并对预热法和预冷法进行比较。分析表明,控温法能有效降低墙体开裂风险,预热法和预冷法各具特色,但预热法整体上更具优势。
Temperature control method can reduce the risk of cracks by controlling the temperature of steel plate. According to the temperature level, temperature control method can divided into two types: the cooling method and the heating method. Based on the theoretical analysis and FEM, the mechanism of the crack and control measures are researched, the heating method is compared with the cooling method. The result shows that the temperature control method can effectively reduce the risk of cracking on the wall, and the heating method and the cooling method have different features, but the heating method is better than the cooling method as a whole.
