摘要
对超大坡度斜屋面混凝土进行施工,以40°倾角为界限,在倾角>40°时,采取模板上预留浇筑槽方式,由下向上分段浇筑;在倾角<40°时,采用纵向设置钢筋引导导轨、横向设置水平截流网,实现分块浇筑;并在每个分块内混凝土由下至上采用S形顺序推进法进行浇筑,有效防止混凝土粗细骨料的分流分层,保证混凝土成型质量。
The concrete construction method of inclined roof with super-large slope is distinct in the angle of 40°. When the angle is above 40°, the reserved grooves are used to grout from the down to the top in pouring segment. When the angle is below 40° ,the steel bars guide rail is set in longitudinal direction and level prevented network is set in transverse direction to realize the pouring in block, and the grouting sequence is in S-shape from the down to the top in each pouring block. The coarse aggregate is avoided separating from fine aggregate by layer,and the concrete grouting quality is ensured.
