石粉对统砂石混凝土性能影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用3种不同破碎机械将天然岩石破碎,通过筛分试验得出锤式破碎机破碎的碎石颗粒形状好,针片状少,级配合理,配制出的混凝土和易性好,抗压强度高。对不同含量及不同粒级石粉的统砂石混凝土性能进行试验研究,结果表明石粉含量在统砂石质量的4%~8%时,能得到性能不低于甚至好于普通混凝土的统砂石混凝土,且石粉越细,混凝土性能越好。当石粉含量在6%时,用统砂石配制的混凝土和易性好、28d抗压强度可达39.7MPa,从而为配制性能良好的统砂石混凝土提供依据。 Natural rocks are crushed by three different crushers, it is determined by screening experiment that the grave crushed by hammer crusher has good particle shape, less needle and plate particle, and reasonable gradation. The sand stone concrete can be prepared with good workability and high compressive strength. Experimental studies are performed on the property of sand stone concrete with different contents and different particle sizes of stone powder. The results show that the powder content in the range of 4% -8% by weight of sand stone, the performance of sand stone concrete are not less than even better than that of ordinary concrete. And the finer the powder, the better performance of concrete can be get. With 6% content of stone dust, the sand stone concrete has good workability. The compressive strength of 28d age is achieved 39.7MPa. It can provide the basis for the preparation of the good performance of the sand stone concrete.
