心墙浇筑式沥青混凝土正交试验及优化分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用正交试验方法,设计心墙浇筑式沥青混凝土配合比试验方案,对其稳定度和流值进行试验;通过对试验结果的极差和方差分析,研究级配指数A、填料用量B和沥青用量C对心墙浇筑式沥青混凝土稳定度和流值影响作用的显著性及其各水平的优化组合。研究结果表明:以稳定度为考核指标,级配指数A影响显著,而填料用量B和沥青用量C影响不显著;其影响作用为:A>B>C;对于流值指标,填料用量B影响显著,级配指数A和沥青用量C影响不显著;影响作用为:B>C>A。综合考虑3种因素对稳定度和流值的影响程度的显著性及其经济性,可适当降低沥青用量。因此,级配指数、填料用量和沥青用量的优化组合可选为A3B3C1或者A3B2C1。 The mix proportion test scheme of poured asphalt concrete on core wall is designed by the orthogonal experiment method. Stability and flow value of poured asphalt concrete are tested. Through range and variance analysis of the test results, they are studied for impact significantly of grading index A, mineral filler content B and asphalt content C to stability and flow value of pouring asphalt concrete on core wall and their orthogonal combination of each level. The results show that the stability as the evaluation index, the influence of grading index A is significant, but the influence of mineral filler content B and asphalt content C are not noticeable. The effect is: A 〉 B 〉 C. For flow value, the influence of mineral filler content B is significant, but the influence of grading index A and asphalt content C are not noticeable. The effect is : B 〉 C 〉 A. Considering impact significantly of three factors to stability and flow value and their economy, asphalt content can be reduced appropriately, therefore, the orthogonal combination of grading index, mineral filler content and asphalt content is optional for A1 B1 C3 or A1B1C2.
