摘要
钢结构型钢柱在混凝土基面上的安装往往需要进行柱脚螺栓的预埋,常用的柱脚螺栓预埋安装方法定位精度较差,不能持续调整预埋件位置,且减震效果不理想,在积水好施项目结构整体安装精度要求达到2mm,因此,在钢结构安装前,通过多次试验分析,采用双层定位板可调体系结构安装精度可以达到2mm。另外预埋螺栓外层包裹1层0.03mm厚塑料膜使螺栓与基础混凝土之间产生细微缝隙,在地震过程中起到减震的作用,并采用有限元分析软件SAP2000对2种预埋方式进行结构动力时程模拟试验对比分析。
For the steel structure installation on the surface of concrete, the anchor bolts have been embedded frequently. The positioning accuracy of the anchor bolt embedded installation is worse, and the position of embedded parts have not been continue to adjust, and the effect of damping is not perfect. In the Jishui Haoshi project, the requirement of installation accuracy at the whole structure is under 2mm, therefore, before the steel structure has been installed, there are many times experiments. If we decided to use the double positioning plate adjusting the structure, the installation accuracy of structure can be under 2mm. Also the subtle gap between bolt and concrete has the effect of damping which packages a O. 03mm layer of plastic film outside of the embedded bolts. The finite element analysis software SAP2000 is applied to analyze the effect of two embedded ways with structural dynamic time history simulation experiment.
