摘要
望京SOHO建筑施工难度大,工期紧,外观采用流畅曲线形设计。建筑外围轮廓由复杂曲线构成且不同部位曲率与半径并不相同,建筑的每层轮廓曲线各异,给建筑物的坐标确定及现场施工测量带来很大难度,按照传统的坐标确定方法和常规施工放样方法难以跟上施工进度,影响施工效率和施工工期甚至会影响工程质量。为保质保量保周期地完成施工测量工作,特将BIM技术引入施工过程中,并提出了"搓层放样、分层控制"及"二分法"技术方案,两者有机结合,既保证了图纸中坐标的准确定位又保证了施工质量与工期。
The construction of Wangjing SOHO Tall Building is very difficult and the construction period is tight. The building appearance is designed as curves smoothly. Because of the complicated curves and different curvature and radius in different location, the building monitoring at field and the coordinate determination is very difficult. The traditional coordinate determination method and usually monitoring method isn't accommodate to construction programme, and the construction efficiency and cost are affected,as well as the construction quality. The BIM technology is applied in the monitoring, and the combination technology scheme of 'lining by layer, control by layer' and 'bisection method' is put forward to ensure the coordination, the quality control and construction cost.
