阴道B超联合腹部B超对妇产科急腹症的诊断意义

Value of Vaginal B-Ultrasound Combined with Aabdominal B-Ultrasound for the Diagnosis of Gynecological Acute Abdomen

目的探讨腹部B超联合阴道B超在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2014年3月至2015年2月间在我院妇产科进行治疗的急腹症107例作为研究对象,分别采取腹部B超及阴道B超检查进行诊断,同时结合两种B超检查结果进行综合诊断,对比分析三种检查方法的准确率。结果腹部B超联合阴道B超对异位妊娠、急性盆腔炎、卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转、黄体破裂以及不全流产进行诊断的总体准确率高于单纯腹部B超和阴道B超,三组的总体准确率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹部B超联合阴道B超诊断妇产科急腹症,可以有效提高诊断的准确率,减少误诊或漏诊的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical value of vaginal B-ultrasound combined with abdominal B-ultrasound for the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen. Methods 107 cases of gynecological acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from March 2014 to February 2015 received vaginal B-ultrasound and abdominal B-ultrasound, and the diagnostic results of two methods, and result of combined diagnosis were analyzed and compared. Results The total accuracy rate of combined diagnosis for ectopic pregnancy, acute pelvic inflammatory disease, twisted ovarian tumor, corpus luteum rupture and incomplete abortion was significantly higher than that of single vaginal B-ultrasound and abdominal B-ultrasound. The total accuracy rate was statistically different among three diagnostic results（P 0.05）. Conclusions Vaginal B-ultrasound combined with abdominal B-ultrasound for diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen can effectively improve the accuracy rate, reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.
