摘要
目的解决查房时无法获得动态临床数据的问题。方法以无线网络为基础,采用Web Service技术提供信息服务,通过SOAP协议进行交互,实现与集团现有的临床信息系统集成。结果实现医生在床边调阅各种临床资料。结论移动查房系统利用医院现有的数据资源,推动电子病历向病房延伸,促进医院的全面数字化建设。
Objective To get dynamic clinical data at medical ward round. Methods Based on the wireless network, Web Service technology was used to provide information services, and SOAP protocol was used to realize the integrated system with our existing clinical information system. Results The mobile medical ward round system could make doctors read a variety of clinical data just at bedside.Conclusions With existing data resources of the hospital, mobile medical ward round system can make the electronic medical records containing room checking data, and promote the hospital digitization construction in an all-round way.
