摘要 目的分析早期认知干预对中重型颅脑损伤后认知障碍的疗效。方法选取我院2011年5月至2013年5月收治的86例中重型颅脑损伤后存在认知障碍的患者作为研究对象,随机分两组各43例。对照组患者进行常规的康复治疗和神经外科专科治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础之上给予认知干预的训练,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组在认知定向、视运动组织、知觉、思维运作、注意力的集中方面均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期认知干预对中重型颅脑损伤后认知障碍有着明显的改善作用。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of early cognitive intervention on cognitive disorder after moderate to severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 86 patients with cognitive disorder after moderate to severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 43 cases in each group. All patients were given routine rehabilitation therapy and neurosurgical specialist treatment, while patients in the experimental group were given early cognitive intervention additionally. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P 0.05). After therapy, the scores of orientation, visual and spatial perception,visuomotor organization, and thinking operations of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P 0.05).Conclusions Early cognitive intervention has significant improving effect for cognitive disorder after moderate to severe craniocerebral injury.
