摘要
目的研究不同病理类型的结肠癌组织的IL-6表达水平。方法选择30例无肠道疾病的门诊病例作为对照组,60例结肠癌患者作为病例组研究。使用免疫组化检测所有研究对象结肠组织内IL-6表达情况,分析其与病理类型及肿瘤发生部位、肿瘤组织大小的关系。结果免疫组化半定量评分比较发现结肠癌组织IL-6表达水平得分显著高于对照组;且IL-6在直径>10cm组的表达水平显著高于<10 cm组,在粘液腺癌及印戒细胞癌中表达水平显著高于管状腺癌及其他类型的癌症患者。结论肿瘤组织IL-6表达水平与结肠癌的大小、病理类型具有相关性,为今后进一步研究结肠癌的免疫病理提供了思路。
Objective To investigate the expression level of IL-6 in different pathological types of colon cancer. Methods We selected30 cases without intestinal diseases as controls and 60 colon cancer patients as study subjects. Immunohistochemistry（IHC） was used to test the expression level of IL-6 in the tumor tissue to explore its relationship with the position, tumor size and the pathological type of colon cancer. Results IHC found increased expression level of IL-6 in the tumor tissue than the control tissue and the expression levels also increased in the patients with tumor size more than 10 cm, and the type of mucinous adenocarcinoma. Conclusions IL-6 expression in colon tumor tissue correlates with the pathological type, size of cancer tissue, which provides new perspectives for future study.
