达那唑协同米非司酮与米索前列醇终止早孕的疗效观察

Efficacy of Danazol Assisting with Mifepristone and Misoprostol for Drug Abortion

目的观察达那唑辅助米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年6月至2014年11月收治的173例药物流产者为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组100例予以米非司酮和米索前列醇口服进行治疗,观察组73例在对照组的基础上加用达那唑进行治疗。观察两组的排胎情况、孕囊排出时间以及药物不良反应等情况。结果观察组排胎成功率显著高于对照组,孕囊排出时间<3 h的例数明显多于对照组,阴道出血时间短于对照组(P均<0.05);药物不良反应两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论达那唑辅助米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕的临床疗效较好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of danazol assisting with mifepristone and misoprostol in termination of early pregnancy. Methods 173 cases of drug abortion in our hospital from June 2012 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 100 cases of control group were given oral administration of mifepristone and misoprostol, while 73 cases of observation group were given danazol assisting with mifepristone and misoprostol. The abortion situation, time of complete abortion, and side effects of drugs were observed. Results The success rate of abortion of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the number of case of complete abortion time less than 3 hours was significantly more than that of control group, and the vaginal bleeding time was significantly shorter than that of control group, all P 0.05. No statistical difference was found between two groups in the side effects of drugs（P 0.05）. Conclusions Danazol assisting with mifepristone and misoprostol has significant effect for termination of early pregnancy.
