益肾通胶囊联合非那雄胺对TUPKP术中出血的影响

Influence of Yishentong Capsules Combined with Finasteride on Intraoperatie Bleeding of Bipolar Transurethral Plasmakinetic Prostatectomy

目的评估术前服用益肾通胶囊和非那雄胺对经尿道前列腺等离子气化电切术(TUPKP)术中出血的影响。方法62例肾虚瘀阻型良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者随机分为两组各31例,治疗组于术前服用非那雄胺和益肾通胶囊,对照组术前仅服用非那雄胺。两组均施行TUPKP并收集术中冲洗液,比较两组的手术相关指标。结果两组术中切除前列腺组织重量无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗组的手术时间、术中冲洗量、术中出血量、出血指数、手术效率等显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后冲洗量和术后冲洗时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论益肾通胶囊联合非那雄胺能进一步减少术中出血,提高手术疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of preoperative use of Yishentong capsules and finasteride on intraoperative bleeding of bipolar transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy（TUPKP）. Methods 62 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） were randomly divided into two groups, with 31 cases in each group. The treatment group received Yishentong capsules and finasteride before surgery,while the control group only received finasteride before surgery. Both groups were treated with TUPKP, and the intraoperative washing fluid was collected. The surgery-related indicators were compared. Results The difference in weight of resected prostate tissue between two groups was not statistically significant（P 0.05）. The treatment group was superior to the control group in the operating time, intraoperative washing fluid volume, intraoperative blood loss, bleeding index and operation efficiency（all P 0.05）. There were no statistical differences between two groups in the postoperative washing fluid volume and postoperative washing time（P 0.05）. Conclusions Preoperative use of Yishentong capsules and finasteride can further reduce the intraoperative blood loss and improve surgery efficacy.
