6S管理模式在骨科病房中的应用

Application of 6S Management Mode in the Orthopedic Ward

目的观察6S管理模式在骨科病房中的应用效果。方法选择我院骨科病房患者90例,根据不同的护理模式分为两组各45例,研究组给予6S管理模式,对照组给予常规护理模式,观察两组患者对护理工作满意率及疾病相关专业知识掌握率等,并对实施两组护理模式的护理人员进行护理质量考核。结果研究组的护理工作满意率与疾病相关专业知识掌握率为97.78%、100.00%,显著高于对照组的82.22%、77.78%(均P<0.05)。实施6S管理后护理人员的基础护理、护理文书书写、病房管理、抢救仪器药品管理得分均显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在骨科病房实施6S管理模式,能够有效提高患者对护理工作的满意率,提高患者对相关疾病知识的掌握程度。此外,6S管理模式还能够有效提高护理人员的护理质量。

Objective To observe the application effect of 6S management mode in the orthopedic ward. Methods 90 patients in the orthopedic ward of our hospital were divided into study group（6S management mode） and control group（conventional nursing mode）according to nursing mode equally. Patients＇ satisfaction rate to nursing and mastery rate of disease-related expertise, and nurses＇ test results of quality of care were observed. Results The patients＇ satisfaction rate to nursing and mastery rate of disease-related expertise of study group were 97.78% and 100.00% respectively, significantly higher than 82.22% and 77.78% of control group（P 0.05）. The nurses＇ scores of basic care, nursing document writing, ward management, and rescue equipment and drug management increased significantly after implementation of 6S management（P 0.05）. Conclusions 6S management mode implemented in orthopedic ward can effectively improve patients＇ satisfaction to nursing and mastery of disease-related expertise; in addition, it can significantly improve nurses＇ quality of care.
