摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对胃食管反流患者症状积分以及生活质量的影响。方法收集2014年3月至12月在我院消化科进行诊治的胃食管反流患者共93例,并随机分为试验组(常规护理+综合护理)51例与对照组(常规护理)42例,两组治疗方案均相同,比较两组干预后的症状积分以及生活质量。结果试验组胃食管反流临床症状发作程度以及发作次数均较对照组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组SF-36健康调查量表各项得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理措施可以有效缓解GRED患者的临床症状以及改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with gastroesophageal reflux（GERD）. Methods 93 patients with GERD in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group（n = 51, comprehensive nursing） and the control group（n = 42, routine nursing）.The symptom scores and quality of life after nursing intervention were compared. Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in the degree and frequency of attack of clinical symptoms of GERD（P 0.05）. The scores of each item of SF-36 of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group（P 0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing measures can effectively relieve GRED patients＇ clinical symptoms and improve patients＇ quality of life.
