精神病专科医院门诊退药情况分析

Analysis of Drug Repercussion of a Psychiatric Hospital's Outpatient Dispensary

目的分析我院门诊退药情况,为减少退药提供参考,保证病人用药的安全。方法对门诊收集到的退药单进行统计和原因分析。结果因不良反应而退药的最多为43.5%,自认药品不适合自己的为21.1%,治疗后住院的为12.4%。结论患者用药后发生不良反应是退药的主要原因。

Objective To analyze the reasons of drug repercussion of outpatient dispensary, reduce the phenomena and assure the medication safety of patients. Methods Drug repercussion records of outpatient dispensary were collected for statistical and cause analysis.Results Drug repercussion was chiefly ascribed to adverse reaction（43.5%）, while the less prominent reasons were objective perception of incompatibility（21.1%） and hospitalization after treatment（12.4%）. Conclusions Adverse reaction after medication is the main reason for drug repercussion.
