表皮干细胞定向分化形成毛囊的研究进展

The Progress of Epidermal Stem Cells in Hair Follicles Regeneration

本文重点综述了表皮干细胞的基本特性及其参与皮肤附属器--毛囊再生的实验研究进展。研究表明,表皮干细胞在毛囊的再生过程中,受到微环境中的细胞因子、信号通路的调节。目前组织工程毛囊研究尚处于初级阶段,进一步功能性皮肤修复尚存在一些问题。

This article mainly reviewed the basic characteristics of epidermal stem cells and their involvement in the regeneration of hair follicle, a kind of skin appendages. It demonstrated that in the process of hair follicle regeneration, epidermal stem cells subjected to the regulation of cytokine and signaling pathways in microenvironment. The current hair follicle tissue engineering research is still in infancy,and further functional skin repair still remains many problems to be resolved.
