混炼工艺对F26型氟橡胶性能的影响探索 被引量:1

摘要 为获得性能满足应用要求的F26氟橡胶硫化胶,对F26氟橡胶混炼工艺的薄通次数、辊距和二次塑炼间隔时间对硫化胶的硫化时间、焦烧时间及机械性能的影响进行了实验。结果表明,当薄通次数为10次、辊距间隙为0.5 mm、塑炼和混炼间隔时间为8 h时,硫化胶的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和压缩永久变形等综合物理性能最好,薄通次数越多、辊距间隙越小、塑混间隔时间越长,混炼胶的门尼焦烧时间和硫化时间越短。 Effect of thin-passing times, roller space and the second plastication time interval in F26 fluorine rubber mixing process on vulcanization time, scorch time and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber were experimented in order to obtain vulcanized rubber of F26 fluorine rubber whose performance meet the application requirements. Results showed that when the thin-passing times were 10, the roller space was 0.5 mm, the time interval of plastication and mixting was 8 h, the comprehensive physical properties such as tensile strength, elongation at break and compression set of vulcanized rubber were best. When the thin-passing times were more, the roller space was smaller, the time interval of plastication and mixting was longer, the mooney scorch time and the vulcanizing time of mixed rubber were shorter.
