摘要
分析了有机氟生产装置裂解气压缩机组运行中出现问题的原因,主要为裂解气带有胺类盐酸盐杂质,造成过滤器流通面积下降、气阀的开闭不正常而内漏、活塞环易卡死在活塞环槽内,从而引起现一级排气压力偏高或偏低。采用优化工艺路线减少杂质生成量、增大压缩机进口缓冲罐、改进过滤器型式等方法,并推行设备点检制度和备机切换制度、优化气阀清洗方式。实施后,裂解气中的胺类盐酸盐含量下降,减少了气阀、气道、汽缸中杂物的集聚,由于机组排气压力高低而引起的检修由优化前的平均6次/月降低为1次/月,年节约检修费用约10万元/台。
Analyzed the reasons for the problems in cracking gas compressor of organic fluorine production system, the mainly reason was the amine hydrochloride impurities in cracking gas which caused the loss of filter circulation area, the abnormal opening and closing in valve so that inner leakage, the easily jammed of piston ring in the ring grooves, thus caused now level exhaust pressure higher or lower. The process line was optimized to reduce generation of impurities, to increase the compressor imported buffer tank, to improve methods of filter type, and to adopt the system of equipment point check and the standby switch system, to optimize valve cleaning method. After implementation, the amine hydrochloride content in cracking gas decreased which reduced the agglomeration of impurities in air valve, air airway and air cylinder. Overhaul due to the high and low exhaust pressure from 6 times a month to 1times a month average after optimization, annual maintenance cost save about 100 000 yuan a unit.
