不同腐蚀液处理聚丙烯衬塑复合钢管衬里的衰减全反射光谱研究 被引量:1

摘要 分别选用硫酸溶液、氢氧化钠溶液、氯化钠溶液和酸性高锰酸钾溶液来模拟工业中聚丙烯衬塑复合钢管输送的酸性、碱性、盐类中性和强氧化性液体,并与蒸馏水作对比,通过衰减全反射(ATR)分析方法研究了不同种类、不同含量的腐蚀液对钢塑复合钢管衬里表面结构的影响,并通过分析不同溶液浸泡处理后样条的特征峰与内标峰的吸光度的比,来判断溶液对衬里材料的侵蚀程度。结果表明,蒸馏水对聚丙烯衬里完全没有侵蚀作用,硫酸溶液和氢氧化钠溶液有微小的侵蚀作用,氯化钠溶液没有侵蚀作用,酸性高锰酸钾溶液对聚丙烯衬里有较强的侵蚀作用。因此,使用聚丙烯衬塑复合钢管不宜长期输送具有氧化性液体,需要定期检查。 Sulfuric acid solution, sodium hydroxide solution, sodium chloride solution, acidic potassium permanganate solution was selected respectively to simulate the acidic, alkaline, salt neutral, strong oxidizing liquid which was transported by composite steel pipes with polypropylene plastic lining, and then compared with distilled water. Effect of different kinds and concentration of corrosive liquid on lining surface structure of composite steel pipes with polypropylene plastic lining were analyzed by attenuated total reflection(ATR) analysis method, and evaluate the corrosion degree of solution to the lining material by analyzing the absorbance ratio of characteristic peak and internal standard peak of samples treated in different solution. The results showed that the distilled water had no erosion to polypropylene lining, sulfuric acid solution and sodium hydroxide solution had slight erosion, sodium chloride solution had no erosion, acidic potassium permanganate solution had strong erosion. Therefore, composite steel pipe with polypropylene plastic lining should not conveyor oxidizing liquid for a long time; need to check on a regular basis.
