挖掘机工作装置运动和疲劳强度分析

摘要 针对挖掘机工作装置的疲劳损伤,利用Pro/E及ANSYS进行三维建模及有限元分析。通过Pro/E平台中的机构模块分析工作装置的极限位姿以及运动参数,然后利用工作装置位姿转换,基于力矩平衡关系,对斗杆挖掘和铲斗挖掘工况下的铰点进行受力分析,获取工作装置各铰点的最大载荷。在此基础上,利用ANSYS疲劳强度分析得出挖掘机最小疲劳全寿命。研究结果可为挖掘机工作装置结构设计提供理论参考。 The equations of fatigue damage of excavator working device are very difficult.In this research,excavator 3D model and finite element analysis were respectively built based on Pro-e and ANSYS software of their strengths.Through the analysis of the mechanism module of Pro-e platform got the limit position and motion parameters of working device.Then obtained the maximum force from boom and arm hinges between the boom digging condition and the bucket digging condition,based on force-balanced equation and the mathematical equations of position.Finally,the life contours of boom and arm were obtained through the ANSYS fatigue analysis software,the minimum life was 11.2 years,and checked the excavator meet strength requirements.The research results provide theory basis for the structural design of excavators working device.
