米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效及超声评价

Evaluation of ultrasound in Effect on Combination of Mifepristone and Methotrexate in Treatment Of Tubal Pregnancy

目的结合超声观察米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法选取我院非破裂型输卵管妊娠患者40例,给予米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,治疗过程中密切监测血清β绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG),超声复查。结果经过米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,治愈率92.5%(37/40),失败率7.5%(3/40)。治愈者血β-HCG明显下降。超声显示内部回声由无回声转为低回声至等回声,包块缩小或消失,盆腔内无明显积液。治疗失败者血β-HCG值升高,超声可见妊娠囊及胎芽和心管搏动,盆腔仍有大量积液。结论米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗输卵管妊娠具有疗效好、损伤小等优点,最大限度的保留输卵管及女性生育功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the treatment efficacy of Mifepristone combined and Methotrexate in treatment tubal pregnancy.Methods Choose 40 patients with unbroken tubal pregnancy in our hospital.Given combined treatment of Mifepristone and Metho trexate treatment,and then closely observe bloodβ-HCG,and to repeat the ultrasonic.Results After treatment by mifepristone combined and Methotrexate,The cure rate was 92.5%（37/40）,Failure rate was 7.5%（3/40）.The bloodβ-HCG value of succeeds were decreased significantly.Ultrasonography showed with out turned into high or equal echo for the intemal echo.The mass of uterus was narrowed or disappeared.There has no effusion in the uterus.The bloodβ-HCG value of failures were increasing.Ultrasonography showed gestational sac,embryo and fetal heart.There has plenty of effusion in the uterus.Conclusions It has some virtues such as good effect and less damages by combination of Mifepristone and Methotrexate in Treatment of tubal pregnancy,Maximum limit retained preserving the function of the fallopian tube and the young request birth＇s woman to give birth the function,it is quite worthy to be promoted and applied.
