米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤联合化瘀汤治疗不稳定型异位妊娠的临床研究

Clinical effect observation of mifepristone,methotrexate combined with Huayutang in the treatment of unstable ectopic pregnancy

目的观察米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤联合化瘀汤治疗不稳定型异位妊娠的疗效。方法将不稳定型异位妊娠患者234例随机分为治疗组125例和对照组109例。对照组给予米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予化瘀汤治疗,2个疗程结束后观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.40%高于对照组的78.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤联合化瘀汤治疗不稳定型异位妊娠,其效果显著,可明显的缩短治疗时间,减少单用西药所产生的不良反应,促进患者的康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of mifepristone,methotrexate combined with Huayutang in the treatment of unstable ectopic pregnancy.Methods 234 cases patients with unstable ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into treatment group（125 cases）and control group（109 cases）.Control group were treated with mifepristone and methotrexate,and treatment group added Huayutang.Observed the clinical effect of 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group（94.40%）was higher than that of control group（78.90%）,the difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mifepristone,methotrexate combined with Huayutang in the treatment of unstable ectopic pregnancy has signifi cant effect,can signifi cantly shorten the clinical treatment time and reduce adverse reactions produced by Western medicine alone,promote the rehabilitation of patients,worthy of clinical application.
