临床一线护士心理健康与同情心疲乏现状调查

Investigation on mental health and sympathy fatigue of clinical nurses

目的:探讨临床一线护士心理健康与同情心疲乏的状况及其相关性。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和职业生活质量量表(Pro QOL)对300名临床一线护士进行问卷调查,分析其心理健康与同情心疲乏现状及相关性。结果:本组护士SCL-90总分评分明显高于国内常模(P<0.01);Pro QOL中同情心满足量表总分、继发性创伤应激量表及身心耗竭量表总分均处于中等水平;相关分析显示,Pro QOL与SCL-90呈显著相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:临床一线护士心理健康和同情心疲乏不容乐观,应引起医院管理者的重视,并采取相应的干预措施,以提高其心理健康,降低同情心疲乏。

Objective：To study the relationship between the mental health and the sympathy fatigue of clinical nurses. Methods：The questionnaire survey was conducted by using symptom checklist-90（SCL-90）and professional quality of life scale（ProQOL）to inves-tigate 300 clinical nurses,analyzing the relationship between the mental health and the sympathy fatigue of clinical nurses. Results：The to-tal score of SCL-90 of the nurses was significantly higher than the national norm（P〈0. 01）;the total score of sympathy scale of Pro-QOL,the secondary traumatic stress scale and physical ＆ mental exhaustion scale was in the middle level;the correlation analysis showed that ProQOL and SCL-90 were significantly correlated（P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：Hospital managers should pay much attention to the mental health and sympathy fatigue of clinical nurses and take corresponding intervention measures to improve their mental health.
