认知护理介导的三阶段服药程序在脑卒中后认知障碍患者中的应用

Application of three- stage medication program of a nurse- led cognitive nursing care in patients with cognitive disorder resulting from cerebral stroke

目的:探讨认知护理介导的三阶段服药程序在脑卒中后认知障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:将脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者120例按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,两组均给予奥拉西坦治疗,对照组给予常规用药护理,观察组患者给予认知护理介导的三阶段服药程序干预措施,两组疗程均为6个月;观察两组治疗前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)、简易智能量表(MMSE)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分变化,并评价疗效。结果:治疗后,两组Mo CA、MMSE、ADL评分均较治疗前明显改善,观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的Mo CA、MMSE、ADL评分改善总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:认知护理介导的三阶段服药程序在脑卒中后认知障碍患者中的应用效果满意,改善认知功能及日常生活能力。

Objective：To investigate the effect of application of three-stage medication program of a nurse-led cognitive nursing care in patients with cognitive disorder resulting from cerebral stroke. Methods：120 stroke patients with cognitive disorder were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（60 cases in each group）. The patients in both groups were treated with oxiracetam,at the same time the routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the three-stage medication program of a nurse-led cognitive nurs-ing care was applied in the observation group,the course of treatment was 6 months in both groups. The change of the scores of MoCA, MMSE and ADL was observed in the two groups before and after treatment and the clinical effect was evaluated. Results：The scores of Mo-CA,MMSE and ADL significantly changed after treatment,compared with those before treatment,in the two groups and the improvement was significantly better in the observation group than the control group（P〈0. 05）;the total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：The effect of three-stage medication program of a nurse-led cognitive nursing care is satisfactory in the improvement of the cognitive function and ability of ADL of stroke patients with cognitive disorder.
