摘要
目的观察5%吡丙醚展膜油剂对蚊幼虫生长发育的抑制效果,评价其对蚊幼虫生长发育的影响和致死活性。方法取Ⅲ~Ⅳ龄期的致倦库蚊幼虫100只放入装有脱氯自来水托盘内,施药浓度为50μl/m2,每天观察并记录施药后幼虫及蛹的死亡数和羽化虫数。结果总体死亡率为100%,化蛹率为85.3%,但化蛹后一般都在24 h内死亡,羽化率为0。经统计学分析,P〈0.05,各实验组间的死亡率比较,差异均具有统计学意义。结论 5%吡丙醚展膜油剂具有抑制蚊幼虫生长发育的作用,可将5%吡丙醚展膜油剂直接应用于蚊虫孳生地控制蚊虫孳生。
Objective To evaluate the influence of 5% pyriproxyfen spreading oil on mosquito larvae growth and development. Methods The 3th or 4th instar Culex quinquefasciatus larvae 100 pieces were placed in a tray with tap water,and pyriproxyfen spreading oil was dropped at the dose of 50 μl / m2 with a pipette. The mortality,pupation and eclosion were observed and recorded daily. Results The overall mortality was 100%. The pupation rate was85. 3%,but no adult emerged. The difference in mortality between treated and controlled groups reached statistical significance. Conclusion 5% pyriproxyfen spreading oil hold significant inhibiting effect on mosquito larvae growth and development and it can be directly applied to a mosquito larvae breeding place.
