摘要
目的建立测定杀蟑胶饵中氟虫腈的含量。方法采用二极管阵列液相色谱法和气相色谱法同时测定杀蟑胶饵中氟虫腈的含量,即外标法和内标法。结果同时做了0.14%~0.86%(外标法)、1.04%~3.09%(内标法)的精密度和回收率在93.00%~98.00%(外标法)、95.00%~97.50%(内标法)之间的试验,取得了满意的结果。结论两种方法分离效果好、准确度高、重现性好且操作简单快速。
Objective To establish the determination fipronil content of cockroach gel bait by two methods.Methods Fipronil content of cockroach gel bait was determined with two arrays of liquid chromatography and gas chromatography. Results The precisions were between 0. 14% and 0. 86% by external calibration,and between1. 04% and 3. 09% by internal calibration. The recovery rates were between 93. 00% and 98. 00% by external calibration,and between 95. 00% and 97. 50% by internal calibration. Conclusion The two methods have advantages in great efficiency of separation,high accuracy and good reproducibility.
