摘要
目的测定咸阳市德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法采用全国蟑螂防治学组制定的《蟑螂抗药性监测方案(试行)》规定的药膜法测定德国小蠊的半数击倒时间(KT50)。结果咸阳市德国小蠊对6种杀虫剂乙酰甲胺磷、敌敌畏、氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和残杀威的抗性倍数分别为1.71、2.46、1.77、1.38、1.74、2.16。结论咸阳市德国小蠊对6种常用杀虫剂抗性倍数在1.38~2.46之间,处于低抗水平。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Blattlla germanica to six commonly used insecticides in Xianyang city. Methods Under laboratory conditions,the residual film method was applied to measure the KT50 s of insecticides to Blattella germanica. Results The resistances of Blattlla germanica to acephate,dichlorphos,cypermethrin,beta cypermethrin,deltamethrin and propoxur were 1. 71,2. 46,1. 77,1. 38,1. 74 and 2. 16 fold respecitively in Xianyang city. Conclusion The insecticide resistance of Blattella germanica in Xianyang city is 1. 38- 2. 46,and is at low level.
