我国家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状分析

Resistance of Musca domestica to commonly used insecticides in China

对近10年来家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状进行综述,全国范围内的数据表明家蝇对敌敌畏、残杀威、溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯等常用杀虫剂均产生了较高抗性,甚至达到了高、极高抗性,长期大面积使用化学杀虫剂是家蝇产生抗药性的最重要原因,因此,亟需找到一些有效减小和延缓家蝇抗性的对策,阻止其抗性进一步发展。

This paper provides an overview of resistance of Musca domestica to commonly used insecticides. The past decade studies about insecticides resistance,such as DDVP,propoxur,deltamethrin,β-cypermethrin showed that Musca domestica have developed variable resistance to commonly used insecticides,even extremely high resistance levels.Long-term use of chemical insecticides in a wide range of living areas is the most important reason for resistance of Musca domestica to insecticides. Therefore,it is necessary to find out some effective resistance management strategies to prevent or decrease the resistance of Musca domestica.
