摘要 近年来植酸酶研究有了长足的进步,植酸磷、植酸酶的作用机理都比较清楚;酶种分类也相对系统化,但不够完善;制备方法也比较成熟。本文对饲粮中的磷与植酸磷性质、植酸酶的作用机理和研究进展展开综述,发现植酸酶在饲粮中的添加方式、作用效果及耐高温、耐酸等耐性条件酶制备的研究仍是重点,并对其现存的问题进行分析。 In recent years, phytase studies have made considerable progress,the mechanism of phytate and phytase is clear; Enzyme is also relatively systematic classification, but not perfect; The preparation method is more mature. In this paper, the nature of the phosphorus and phytate in the fodder,the mechanism of phytase, and research advances were reviewed, and found that the add mode of phytase in fodder , the effect and high temperature resistant, acid tolerance conditions, such as enzyme preparation research, was still the focus, and finally analyzed the existing problems.
