综述以经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术(transurethral bladder tumor,TURBT)为主的保留膀胱的方法在肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤中的应用。以TURBT为主的保留膀胱的方法治疗浸润性膀胱肿瘤,目前主要有以下几种方法:TURBT、TURBT联合化疗、TURBT联合放疗、TURBT联合放疗及化疗,本文综述以上疗法的临床治疗进展。目前研究认为以TURBT为主的保留膀胱的方法治疗浸润性膀胱肿瘤患者时,关键在于病人的选择及密切随访。
