Development and Production of Easy Welding Liner Low Density Polyethylene Waterproofing Board

普通线性低密度聚乙烯防水板施工时需要焊接,但焊接质量难以保障。本文介绍了一种易焊接线性低密度聚乙烯防水板的研制,通过在配方中添加热塑性嵌段共聚物对聚乙烯进行改性,可降低防水板的焊接温度,提高焊接速度,提升焊接质量。文章简述了该产品的生产工艺流程,并对生产中的常见问题进行了总结分析。

Ordinary liner low density polyethylene waterproofing board needs to be welded, but the welding quality is difficult to guarantee. This article introduces the development of easy welding liner low density polyethylene waterproofing board. The polyethylene is modified by thermoplastic block copolymer, and the welding temperature is decreased, the welding rate is increased and the welding quality is improved as well. This article narrates production process of the easy welding waterproofing board and analyses normal problem during its production.
