发酵豆粕替代部分鱼粉对中华鳖生长性能、体成分及肠道消化酶活性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究添加不同水平发酵豆粕替代部分鱼粉对中华鳖生长性能、体组成及肠道相关消化酶活性的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,发酵豆粕替代15%鱼粉组中华鳖的增重率、成活率、饵料系数、摄食率和特定生长率均提高显著且达到最高;不同水平发酵豆粕替代鱼粉对中华鳖的水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量影响不显著;当发酵豆粕替代量小于等于15%时,消化酶活性没有显著性差异。本试验发酵豆粕替代中华鳖配合饲料中鱼粉的适宜量为15%。 The effects of fermented soybean partial replacement of fish meal on growth performance, body composition and digestive enzyme activities in intestine of soft-shelled turtle were studied. The results indicated that: compared with the control group,fermented soybean replacement of 15% fish meal could promote growth performance, weight gaining ratio, survival ratio, feed coefficient, feeding intake and special growth rate all reached the maximum level; no significant differences were found among all groups in the contents of moisture, crude protein, lipid and ash;however, when the substitution dosage was below 15 ~//00, there were no significant differences in the digestive enzyme activities among the experiment groups and the control group. The suitable addition amount of fermented soybean meal replacement of fish meal was 15% for soft shelled turtle feed.
