母体蛋白质营养对猪肌内脂肪形成的影响研究进展

摘要 动物从胚胎期到哺乳期的生长发育所要的营养物质直接由母体供给,母体营养对其后代的器官发育和机体成长起着至关重要的影响。母体营养与子代组织器官功能失常存在一定的联系,母体营养不足或者不均衡会对子代成年期的某些疾病的形成具有远期影响。猪的脂肪沉积有明显的时序性,肌内脂肪的产生和沉积一般都在出生后,并且明显受营养水平的调控。 Animals' nutrients were supply to maternal nutrition directly from embryonic stage to the growth and development, It was played a vita to the maternal nutrition for the offspring of organ development and body growth. They had certain connection to maternal nutrition and offspring tissues and organs dysfunction, maternal undernutrition or imbalance of offspring of adulthood has long-term effect on the formation of certain diseases. Pig fat deposition has obvious scheduling, the generation of intramuscular fat and sedimentary generally after birth, and is regulated by the nutrition level obviously.
