摘要
目的:本研究旨在研究不同注射诱导次数对黄粉虫抗菌肽含量及粗提液体外抑菌活性的影响。方法:将200头四龄黄粉虫分成四组,每组50头。用灭活大肠杆菌菌悬液按1μL/头剂量注射到四龄黄粉虫体内,第1组为对照组,不予注射诱导,第二至第四组为诱导组,分别注射诱导1、2、3次。每两次注射诱导间隔为24 h,注射诱导24 h后研磨破碎活虫虫体加入一定的提取液提取抗菌肽。将四组抗菌肽粗提液用微量肉汤稀释法测定MIC值以比较各组体外抑菌活性。结果:注射诱导次数对黄粉虫抗菌肽含量与体外抑菌效果均有极显著性影响(P<0.01)。
