摘要 根据轮荷称重仪的工作原理和应变片组桥方式,设计一套轮荷称重仪数据采集系统.数据采集系统由下位机硬件与上位机软件组成,硬件部分是通过选择合适的电子器件和合理的设计电路原理图及PCB设计;软件采用Lab VIEW编程技术.轮荷称重仪获取车轮对倾翻台面的径向压力,倾翻台下面的应变片由于力的作用产生应变,下位机获取数据信号,通过串口通信模块,下位机与上位机数据采集系统进行指令和数据的传输,将采集到的信号进行处理,由上位机面板把信息传达给用户.此系统具有数据采集与处理、数据实时显示与存储、数据后期处理和工作温度进行监测等功能. According to the working principle of wheel load weighing device and bridging form of strain gauge, this paper designs a set of wheel load weighing device data acquisition system. Data acquisition system is made up of lower computer hardware and upper machine software. The hardware part contains electronic components, sche- matic circuit diagram and PCB design. The software uses LabVIEW programming technology. Wheel load weighing device obtains the radical pressure on the tilting mesa, the strain gauge under tilting mesa produces strain due to the force, the lower computer gets the data signal, through a serial port communication module, the lower computer communicates the upper machine with instructions and data transmission, processes the collected signal and conveys the information to the user with the PC panel. The system has real-time data acquisition and processing, data dis- play and storage, data post-processing, monitoring working temperature and other functions.
