芦苇浆粕预处理方法对其微晶纤维素特性的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Methods to Pretreat Reed Pulp on the Characteristics of Microcrystalline Cellulose

摘要 分别采用超声波、微波、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)和四氢呋喃(THF)对芦苇浆粕进行预处理,并以此为原料采用稀盐酸水解法制备芦苇微晶纤维素(MCC).利用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和热失重分析(TGA)等测试方法对MCC的结构性能进行表征与分析.结果表明:芦苇浆粕按以上4种方法预处理后,经稀盐酸水解制备的MCC的结晶度分别为68.45%、62.28%、63.21%和69.56%.与其他3种预处理方法相比,经超声波预处理后水解制备的MCC的热稳定性最优,同时产率最高.为MCC的进一步研究和应用打下基础. Reed cellulose pulp was pretreated by ultrasonic, microwave, N, N- dimethylara acetamide (DMAc) and tetrahydrofuran (THF), respectively. Reed microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) was prepared by the dilute hydrochloric acid hydrolysis from the reed which pretreated by different methods. The structure and properties of MCC were characterized by XRD, FT-IR and TGA. The results showed that the crystallinity of MCC with four pretreatment methods was 68.45%, 62. 28%, 63.21 and 69.56%, respectively. The thermal stability of MCC prepared by hydrolysis after pretreated by ultrasonic was the best compared with other three methods. The yield of MCC with ultrasonic pretreatment was the highest. The foundation for the further research and application of MCC was laid.
