摘要
TiO2纳米线由于其一维形态导致的快速电子传导及光散射成为染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSC)中的一种很有潜能的材料.本文用一种简单、有效的方法成功制备出了分散长纳米线(1-2μm)胶,克服了纳米线由于聚集性而无法利用其独特的一维特性的缺点;此外可以方便的配合使用丝网印刷法制备纳米线层用于光阳极的反射层,且对于反射层的厚度较容易控制.
TiO2 nanowires are regarded as the potential material for the dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) due to the fast electron conduction and light scattering caused by onedimensional morphology. In this paper, well-dispersed long nanowire paste was created by a simple and efficient method, which overcomes nanowires weakpoints caused by the aggregation that impeded the utilization of unique one-dimensional morphology. In addition, it was convenient with the use of screen-printing method to prepare nanowire layer to be applied in the photo-anode scattering layer, which made it easy to control the thickness of scattering layer.
