民办高校“四位一体”IPT特色人才培养模式的实践与探索 被引量:1

摘要 民办高校作为我国高等教育的生力军,如何主动适应地区经济社会的发展需要,合理定位、办出特色,是影响民办高校长远发展的根本。作为一所民办高校,广外南国商学院充分发挥其外语、商科的学科专业优势,主动服务广东外向型经济社会发展需要,在培养学生做"全球化高素质公民"理念指导下,积极实践与探索,初步探索出以课堂教学为基础、实践教学为载体、课外专业实践活动为拓展、国际化教育为平台的"四位一体"IPT特色人才培养体系,取得明显实效。对民办高校在IPT特色人才培养、以及民办高校如何发挥自己固有优势办出特色,都不无借鉴意义。 Private higher educational institutions have been striving for their survival and development in fierce competi- tion, in which their ability to adapt to regional economic situation, and self-determine their own scale and features is the key to their future in the long run. South China Business College of GDUFS, as a private higher educational institution, takes advan- tage of its majors in foreign languages and business, and serves the need of foreign-oriented economic and social development in Guangdong Province. Under the theoretical guidance of cultivating citizens with world view, it has developed a four-level combination model of IPT(International Practice-oriented Talents) cultivation, that is, with lecture as the basis, practice as the carrier, internship as the extension and internationalized education as the platform. After years of exploration and practice, this model has proved efficient in education, and has great implication for other private institutions.
