摘要
如何对一个教师的教学质量作出合理的评价,这是许多教育工作者所关心的问题。根据对学生及教师的问卷调查结果,应用模糊数学中综合评判方法,诱导出模糊关系,从学生角度对三位教师的教学质量作出了评价和比较。用层次分析法,对学生评价、教师互评及教师自评的结果构造出成对比较矩阵,得出了三种"评教"近似比为6:3:1的教学质量评价模型。
How to reasonably evaluate a teacher's teaching quality is a great concern for the majority education workers. Based on the questionnaire investigation of the students and teachers,with the application of the comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy mathematics to work out the fuzzy relationship,and from the perspective of students,we make the evaluation and comparison of the teaching quality of three teachers. Based on analytic hierarchy process,and with teachers' mutual and self evaluation to constitute the paired comparison matrix,we work out the teaching quality evaluation model with an approximation ratio of 6: 3: 1.
