农村中学骨干教师心理资本与职业倦怠的关系

摘要 采用工作倦怠量表及心理资本量表对215名农村中学骨干教师进行测试,探讨农村中学骨干教师的工作倦怠状况及其与心理资本的关系。结果表明:农村中学骨干教师的工作倦怠程度在整体上并不严重;不同性别、教龄农村中学骨干教师的工作倦怠状况存在显著差异;心理资本及其自我效能、韧性、希望、乐观四个因子与工作倦怠及三个因子呈显著负相关;心理资本对工作倦怠具有显著的负向影响。 Job Burnout Questionnaire and Psychological Capital Questionnaire Objective were employed to test215 backbone teachers in the rural middle schools,with an attempt to explore the relationship between the job burnout and psychological capital of the backbone teachers in the rural middle schools. The study shows that the current situation of the rural middle school backbone teachers' job burnout is not serious on the whole; significance difference lies in the job burnout of the teachers of different sex and with different teaching experience; the four factors such as psychological capital,together with self efficiency,tenacity,hope and optimism were significantly negatively correlated with job burnout and three factors; psychological capital has a significant negative effect on job burnout.
