积极心理健康教育在理工科院校思政课教学中的应用探析

On how to make use of the positive mental health education in political courses in engineering colleges

理工科院校大学生群体在处理学习压力、人际关系交往、情绪调节等方面表现不足,如何针对他们的心理发展特点,在学科教学中渗透心理健康教育,是亟待研究的问题。基于高校思想政治课的学科特点,从教学实践出发,探讨了积极取向的心理健康教育在理工科院校思政课教学中的应用途径。

The undergraduates in engineering college are incapable of dealing with study pressure,interpersonal relationship,emotion adjustment etc. It has been an urgent problem of how to permeate psychological health education in the course of teaching in view of their psychological development features. Based on the characteristics of ideological and political lessons and teaching activities,we discus how to make use of the positive mental health education in political courses in engineering colleges.
