摘要
企业要创新和发展,必须不断提高知识吸收能力。服务外包企业提高知识吸收能力的关键是和客户建立信任关系。信任关系通常包括人际沟通和组织承诺两个维度。以服务外包企业为例,运用结构方程模型分析信任关系对企业知识吸收能力的影响。研究显示:人际沟通、组织承诺与知识吸收能力呈正相关关系。基于实证分析结果,提出了服务外包企业建立信任关系的4个基本条件:相互了解、有利可图、可信赖和可预见。
The innovation and development of enterprises rely on improving knowledge absorptive capacity. The key of improving knowledge absorptive capacity of service outsourcing enterprises is to establish trust relationship with customers. Trust relationship includes two dimensions of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment. This paper analyzes the influence of the trust relationship on the knowledge absorption capacity by using the structural equation model as a example of service outsourcing enterprise. The result shows that the interpersonal communication, organizational commitment and knowledge absorption capacity are positively correlated. Based on the result of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward four basic conditions of service outsourcing enterprises to establish trust relationship: understanding, profitable, reliable and predictable.
